General

  • Includes wip: sketch, lineart/color base, and finishing. (ICONS wip: Only sketch) (YCH wips: Only lineart)

  • I don't do refunds if i already started with the commission.

  • The commission can take between 1 week and 2 months from the turn of the queue (depending on my free time or other circumstances) but you can ask about its process (You can see the Queue List in Trello).

  • Icons and Sketch color can take priority for production speed

  • If there are any major revisions please let me know at the sketch phase. After the sketch, only minor revisions are accepted. There is a limit of 3 corrections in sketch and 1 in lineart/base colors before additional charge.

  • Personal errors do not count within this limit (details that were already in the reference and were overlooked).

  • The finalized commission will be delivered by gmail and the main contact (Messenger, Discord)

  • The watermarked and low resolution commission results will be published on my page. Please inform me if you want me to wait until a certain date before I published it (just in case it was for a surprise gift).

  • Private commissions have an extra cost of 25%

  • Prepare the character references as much as you can.

  • You can mention some of the examples in the price list if you want a similar color style or pose.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

  • I hold all copyright to my artwork.

  • Commissioner may re-post and use the commission without majorly editing the artwork.

  • Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit.

  • If commisioner would like to buy rights to the commissioned art, extra 100% charges of the total commission will incur.

PAYMENT

  • Payments are from PayPal

  • All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.

  • These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay 100% aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.

  • If no commission WIP has been sent, the customer is free to consult with the artist to make an exchange or return the comm. The amount will be refunded minus paypal taxes.
